"Put your hope
in God."

Psalm 43:5

H - Hopeful reconciliation of the grief

O - Open arms, open hearts

P - Private, confidential

E - Empathy and understanding

HOPE provides support for individuals who have suffered the loss of a loved one by suicide.

Grieving a suicide death can be a lonely experience. Not only is society uncomfortable with our loss, but we suffer from self-imposed feelings of guilt, shame and confusion.

HOPE provides a safe environment for survivors to explore the difficult questions and receive acceptance and understanding.

Using the philosophy of companioning rather than treating grief, HOPE is a peer facilitated support group. It is led by Dan and Pat Kendall, whose own grief journey began with their son's suicide.

Sharing together in an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding.

Encouraging one another toward hopeful reconciliation of the grief.

Every journey begins with a single step. Take that first step and join us for HOPE.

HOPE is not affiliated with any religious creed or denomination. However, we derive strength from our faith in God and share that with other members of HOPE.
